Customer Service well beyond expectations!

Being a "trademark novice" I applied for a trademark myself and made a mistake on the application that I had no knowledge how to fix. I procrastinated on the response to USTO regarding the discrepancy until one day before the deadline. I then took a chance on some email solicitation from a company called "LegalHoop" the evening before the response deadline, paid $149 just knowing that it would disappear into thin air, explained my deadline desperation, and to my surprise, Vicky responded by email almost immediately with a fix. The next day, when USTO's deadline date passed, I received a message from USTO that my problem had been resolved and my application was accepted. To my immense delight, I received my trademark document in the mail a couple of weeks after. I really, really, really haven't received this level of customer service from anyone, any business, at any time in my life! I sent a message to Vicky profusely thanking her for prompt action in the matter. She responded simply by saying "You said it was an emergency, didn't you?"

The complaint case of R11246305: OA response for trademark WSJCHANCE #9044379.I have never seen a company like yours. First, you just think about the money and never put the focus on the solution of our case, so your first email wanted us to pay you $50 more, but you never think about the details of this case, have you know that the company we apply for the trademark is an America company before ? have you know that we do not have the real office in America before? all this information are we informed you later. Account to this fact, you just sent our company documents to the USPTO, and did not give the answers the USPTO wanted, so we were refused again, is this your professional solution? Second, you never take responsibility for your actions, why our trademark was refused again, due to your response are not the USPTO wanted and did not meet their requirements, What is your action when our trademark was refused again? you never think about what the real solution to our case, you just think about the money, and want we pay you another $149. If we was refused again? and then we have to pay you another $149 again? and again and again more??? Please let a professional colleague solve this case, or let your supervisor contact us and solve the case.
