Quick delivery

When I placed my order I sent the wrong attachment- I should have sent the prescription. It was obvious that I had sent the wrong document but instead of letting me know it sat as "pending" for a week until I rang up. The lady I spoke to apologised but by then it was the week before Christmas. To cover the medication over Christmas I had to go to the vets to buy a small bottle of Thronorm ( over 3x the price).

Dreadful service over a week and a half late with no apology and refusing to refund the express delivery payment they took from me knowing full well at that time they couldn't fulfill my order in this time frame. I would definitely NOT recommend using this outfit. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.
