Naveen is one of the best online yoga teachers I feel fortunate to have found through the Cult app. It has never felt that his classes were virtual and he wasn't giving me instructions to follow in person. I am nowadays also following his YouTube channel. His style of teaching worked wonders for a beginner like me. Thank you, Naveen for doing what you do.
