I ordered the panopy on 29th of September, to be fitted at my home address, although this was more expensive, I thought it would be easier. I got a message to say it was delivered to the installer on the 12th of October and I would be contacted with an installation date. I didn’t hear anything for a week so I decided to chased it up. I was told that the hoist that they use to lift the canopy into place was allegedly broken and I would have to take the vehicle to a workshop to be fitted, I would be contacted with the details. Another 4 days went by and no one contacted me so again I had to chase it up. I was given the details as to where to take the vehicle for fitting and would be contacted by them. A few more days went by and again no one contacted me. I chased it again and finally managed to get an appointment for the 1st of November so all and all over a month to get it done and a lot of stress. Yes, the product is great but EGR are not very good at keeping their customers informed or apologising in any way for all the delays and stress they’ve caused.
