Extremely good customer support on their discord. you would be right to think that they couldn't be trusted as you most likely haven't heard of them before but this is one of the best experiences I've had with a small company. As I said excellent customer, this was shown first hand when I had two orders from them, I asked their discord admin about an update on my order, he replied by asking for the order numbers, and as easy as that he told me that he would personally put the orders together and ship them ASAP. 5* for everything.

I ordered alpaca v2 switches and durock v2 stabilizers I ordered them 8 days ago and they are still not here the only reason I'm not giving them a 1 star is that the customer support was nice

Ordered a couple of times from Keycrox. I was kept in contact the entire time and made sure everything was packaged well. the only issue I had was Royal Mail delaying my order for no reason and Daniel did everything he could and more to sort this for me. I'll definitely be ordering from Keycrox again.

Excellent service and great products with very fast shipping. Very happy to have found a UK based company which had imminent stock of the switches we wanted, the seller kept me updated and as soon as the stock arrived I was able to purchase and he dispatched the same day, we received the next day. Will certainly purchase more key switches from KeyCrox as and when we need them.
