Always very reliable. Website and ordering are easy to use. Only moan would be delivery, it is usually on time, however I have to be home to sign for items. Though this is not every time, sometimes it is just delivered. Because of this I have to time my orders carefully so that I know I will be home to receive on a Saturday. Very annoying when it doesn't show on a Saturday as then when I get home Monday there will be a card from the postman meaning a journey to the post office depot.
