Dealt with WH brown, Aston Fox, Irwin Fisher who create so much uncertainty and bidding wars amongst buyers whereas SD provided much more of a honest and a personal service to us. I moved into a property let by Sandra Davidson on 21st August this year, me and my 2 year old son still have no central heating upstairs, They have ignored myself and bromley council! this is my second review now as mentioned before I would give an update. I now have environmental health involved. The damp mould is growing on to mine and my son's property I have provided Sandra Davidson with evidence until date they refuse to have any contact with myself. How Sandra Davidson expect a woman and a 2-year old baby to live in a property with mould growing throughout even on our food and property is disgusting. Think twice before you let a property from them and ask yourself if you are willing to live in these conditions
