Having searched for more than a month for a pharmacy in my local area with Mounjaro in stock, desperation turned me to the Internet. i was skeptical this would work, but, low and behold, in less than one day, they found me a pharmacy 37 miles from me, and the pharmacy transferred my subscription from Walgreens and filled it within an hour. Based on my experience, I can recommend paying the $50 for a search.
