Be careful parcel left outside on couriers own account. Milano couture do not respond to my emails and will not warrant me a refund. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Went in to Uxbridge branch and was greeted like a king.. excellent customer service and wasn’t to pushy about buying.. brought my suit and a lot more lol…would defo buy again for quality and customer service… every staff member was really nice and know what their talking about.. would give more stars if there was an option to give

My husband has a hand maid custom suit made for our wedding, everyone was so helpful and so professional. The suit was incredible and exactly what we were looking forward to, couldn't ask for anything more. All the groomsmen also purchased their suits from here absolutely amazing

You go through buying process in store then receipt is stamped saying no refunds or exchange, surely that contradicts consumer rights? My wife bought me a parka coat that’s not right for me ? Just wanted to exchange but was told NO😡😡😡😡
