Purchased 2 x 64GB RAM online, they packed 1 (without the product) and the package arrived, signed and empty. The say because I signed, means I accepted it. Trying to communicate with them is like talking to brick wall…..met with total apathy. THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. ACCC and Fair Trading complaints to follow.

On Friday 13th October 2023 I purchased a WD Elements Desktop 4TB 3.5 External Hard Drive for $169 with Postage of $8 from JW Computers so I could put heaps of Documents, Photos and Videos on it using my iMac and my iMac Business. I spoke to Paul on Friday afternoon and he said he will organise it to be posted with Express Post since the hard drive was delayed getting to the warehouse.

10/10 customer service. They were happy to oblige extra travel protection. Would use again.

Laptop shows as not collected after a week. Sales people say it is out for delivery. Very difficult to contact for resolution and told I should accept that it is a busy time of year. Requested order be cancelled but have received no confirmation that that has happened. Absolutely do not recommend. Stay away!

i placed an order over 2 weeks ago it still hasn't shipped i tried calling all there numbers no response email no response face book message no response an there website message system no response do not buy from this scam site.
