Pleased with the door and operation. Would have appreciated a bit more thought about the positioning of the door in relation to the soak away which is now located inside the garage.

After some apprehension of paying most of the money up front, not by credit card, I could not be more delighted. Quick professional fitting, tidy and clean. Nice guys also, was a bonus. Well worth the money and the extra insurance also.

It was a perfect door what I wanted. I was not happy with myself for the colour chosen but this is nothing to do with the RDC.

Excellent customer service from the start, answered all my questions ( even if they were silly questions at times) and the sales team were all so friendly to talk to (webchat, phone calls & emails) Darren (Hope that was his name) and his apprentice were also lovely, efficient and did a lovely, neat and discrete job of fitting the door. Darren was also happy to answer any questions we had on the day, while also allowing us to go back to work and then pop back when we was finished to sign everything off. I wouldn't hesitate to order again if I needed to - my father in law also wants a door now!

Fitting team turned up when arranged and from then on it was so easy. They removed the old door and before I knew it the roller door was in and working. They took the time to explain how the door worked along with all its safety features. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. .
