Fantastic customer service

I no sooner ordered a purse, when I was contacted by the owner letting me know that they were able to save me almost $13(US) in shipping and would promptly refund me upon receiving the purse. The shipping to the US was lightning fast and as soon as I notified the owner that my bag had arrived, I was refunded the shipping overage immediately! I absolutely love the Kipling bag I ordered and am thrilled with the level of customer service and the honesty, I was provided. I would most certainly do business with Bexons again and would highly recommend them to others!

Why are you using ParcelForce

Why are you using ParcelForce? I didn't get the (valuable) parcel that I had paid for on Tuesday. The tracker said that two attempts had been made to deliver it, but I don't believe it. I complained to ParcelForce about nobody leaving a card and a non-existent couple of deliveries at 18:10 and 17:20. I was but twenty yards away, and, if contacted, could have received the goods. I received no card as to attempt to deliver it (twice). The following day it was not put out for delivery and was only re-assigned after my complaint to the Coventry office. By luck, I received the goods by arriving back from London at the precise time that an unmarked van (not ParcelForce) arrived. Two people from the Asian sub-continent delivered my valuable purchase denying all knowledge of the previous deliveries. Is this ParcelForce or some Amazon cheap deliver system? Never again!

My recent purchase was dealt with as usual with speed and efficiency, and I received my lovely new handbag the very next day. I have shopped at Bextons on a few occasions over the years and love the genuine note of thanks either Chris or his wife put on the delivery note. You feel that they are old friends.
