What a great company! Answered all our questions on the phone and via video call. Furniture is beautiful and fantastic quality too. Very impressed. Delivery was perfect and informative every step of the way as well. Top marks.

The whole experience has been great. I was recommended my furniture and I’m glad I placed an order. I found the items I needed, contacted the lovely sales team through WhatsApp. They helped me step by step, they sent me a few videos of the items in the showroom to help visualise better. My items are beautiful, and the quality is astonishing. I will be ordering more items through soon and I would recommend others do so too!

The very nice lamp arrived and we were pleased with it. Sadly the switch had an intermittent fault which only became apparent after we had the lamp in position for a few days. Informed the company and they said to send it back in the original packaging which by that time had been thrown away. Just couldn’t be bothered with it all and waiting for ages for customer sevice etc etc so paid an electrician to renew rocker switch. I have never had a lamp with a faulty switch before so all in all very disappointing.

Useful customer service before buying the product, decent delivery speed and a great product when it arrived. Will be shopping here again.

One of the worst shopping experiences,order a couch with pillows,paid for everything but got just the couch without any of the 5 cushions paid!!contacted the customer service,promised to deliver but nothing after 6 weeks!!no communication,no cushions,no updates!!really,really disappointed!!
