Purchased 2x two seater chesterfield sofas. Great delivery via Panther who carried them into the relevant room and super quality sofas - look amazing and would recommend and repurchase from My Furniture again (we used following a friend recommending).

If I could give them a -5-star rating, I would. Firstly, it's the rudest and most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. Initially, I ordered a sofa, but they sent the wrong one. Promising to exchange it first next week, then next month, I ended up canceling and requested a full refund. Meanwhile, I ordered another item - a table. Though I confirmed the delivery and pickup date, the night before, when I informed the company I'd be 30 minutes late, there was no response. The next morning, an extremely rude delivery driver informed me he would be at my address in 30 minutes. Politely requesting a 15-minute wait, he claimed he did but didn't actually wait. Consequently, I didn't receive my table, and the sofa remained uncollected. When I called the company to reschedule for the next day, they insisted I pay £60 for redelivery of the table and pickup of the wrong sofa, citing they came from Nottingham specifically for me but couldn't wait 15 minutes. Days later, frustrated, I decided to pay £60 to resolve the issue. They accepted and provided a date two weeks away, stating the driver would be in my area only on that date. This contradicts their earlier claim of coming specifically for me from Nottingham, justifying the £60 charge. Additionally, I question why I have to pay for the pickup of the wrong sofa they delivered. Two months before these incidents, I ordered a table, and it arrived scratched and damaged. While I initially decided to keep it, given the ongoing situation, I now intend to claim a full refund for all my items. I've reported the company to trading standards and will pursue a small claims court case if I don't receive a full refund. My advice: stay away from them. They somehow manage to delete negative reviews from everywhere.

Great quality furniture that is well designed & looks good - all at a brilliant price. We have ordered several items from them now, and we love them all!

Purchased a console table and mirror for a hallway. Delivery was great. Driver very friendly and professional and even carried the bulky items into the house. Had a few problems with the console table, which was resolved both quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company
