I had two damaged tiles; when I called customer service , there was no call waiting (such a rarity these days) I got to speak to a real human being who was personable, reponsive and sent a replacement box without hesitation. Great pre sales service and very good quality product. Unfortunately delivery was not offered as promised the sales team advised the product would be delivered to my room of choice. In the end it was only delivered to my front door leaving me to fend for myself how to take really heavy items upstairs.

Truly awful use ANYONE else
We received a chair that was in truly awful condition, with a noticeable split or cut. Unfortunately, we only discovered this issue several weeks after the delivery since it was part of new furniture for our office refurbishment, which was in progress at the time. Upon removing the bubble wrap, we observed a significant, deep cut or tear in the chair. Additionally, there was a strong smell of smoke. When I contacted customer service to request an exchange, I encountered a frustrating runaround. They requested pictures, and upon submission, they refused, stating, 'We ask customers to open and check goods straight away, but it's been 25 days. Now we don't know if this happened while the goods have been in your possession or before.' They seem to expect customers to inspect and report issues within one day of delivery. It's worth noting that the 25 days mentioned include the time from the order, not just the delivery. Despite the extended delivery time, they disregard this aspect. Be warned that if you don't open your goods somehow the day after ordering (not delivery), or if you're purchasing something for someone for Christmas, you may encounter significant difficulties. They have done everything to try to say this is not a genuine review to get it removed. ORDER NUMBER 1000178667 and I have e-mailed Trustpilot the receipt. The reply below is total nonsense, don’t trust these guys to do the right thing. All they care about is somehow getting all negative reviews removed. It’s not been cut being opened as we would have to have used scissors or a knife when we opened it, and it smells like it’s been near a fire and I know that’s not happened in our office. Have charged the item back and reported them to trading standards.
