I loved how I could see the Anastassia Glass Radiator Cover costing £399 before purchase by receiving a pre arranged whatsapp video. Product arrived on time and perfectly packaged. Only thing I could fault was advertised as FREE delivery but on checkout I was charged £80, however on contacting My Furniture direct they reduced it to £40.

Once again great quality and excellent service throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending My Furniture

I have still not received my purchse. It may be the fault of pacelforce however I have now taken 2 days off work to accept delivery and it has not turned up. Neither did they leave a card through my door to say they had attempted to deliver as they said they had. I rang My furniture who say there is nothing they can do. Disappointing!
