I bought two items one item I kept because it was okay the other item came damaged and on top of this it turned out to be around 40kg and in the description the weight was not concluded. I asked for them to take it away as I have a disability and can’t use such a heavy item but they tried to charge me 50 pounds but you sent me a faulty item and misled me had I know this was the weight I would of not bought it and put my self through this situation as it’s causing me a lot of stress and I can barely move in my apartment as I have raised this with my bank . But iam awaiting a response ! I gave them two starts now I would like 5o give them 0 stars as this unethical Compnay tried to tell trust pilot I was lying and remove this comment until I sent them all the proof and now I’ve added this ! As trust pilot certified via my evidence that I was right ! I would want any other vulnerable customers like my self to go through this . This Compnay need to advertise the full details of the item they are selling so people know what to expect and they should examine their items before it leaves the warehouse why make people suffer ! I’ve had my item in my living room for over a month and it’s not safe I can’t move around my own apartment !how dare you write this about me ! I told you to pick up your item it’s still there your so unprofessional and you are legally not able to publish personal details ! So unprofessional !

Easy to order on line, dressing table when it arrived was easy to put together, although it did need two of us because of the weight of the unit. However delivery was a nightmare with Parcel Force, furniture didn't arrived on the date/time they said it would, no notification it wouldn't be or why. When I chased the next day they said it was out for delivery again and even though I told them I would be out at the time they were delivering it, they said they had to try. I then had to wait in on the third day for them to try and deliver again. Once it did arrive, loved the glass dressing table and looks super in my bedroom.
