Beautiful table . Arrived with 2 men who left the package in my lounge . I was under the impression I would get help opening package and place table in area I wanted as it’s quite a heavy table. Also expected a satisfaction check and taking away of packages. It also could be they were not my furniture employees but hired from elsewhere. Non the less table was intact and not one snag visible for such a fragile item . I’m very happy with the table . No regrets snd it sits perfectly and would highly recommend

Daniel in customer service was and is great. I bought 2 mirrored bedside cabinets a while back and one night recently unexpectedly one of the cabinets glass shattered on one side. I rang customer service the next morning to say what had happened and a really helpful person named Daniel said he was really apologetic and it is very unusual for this to happen, we will send a new one out as soon as possible. I was so surprised as I didn’t expect that and Daniel could not have been more helpful. Thank you Daniel for all your help I really appreciate it and for the new cabinet. I can’t fault the treatment and service I got and will definitely shop there again.

Super happy with the furniture we’ve had delivered. Good quality and worth the price. Delivery team were polite and helpful. Returning items is an absolute pain and expensive which puts me off every time. If you order online you expect it or be much easier particularly if you are deciding between two colours as they don’t send swatches. Definitely room to improve here.
