Very disappointing service. Bought an armchair that broke on first use and was advised we had to source a suitable package to return before any refund, they would not supply packaging. So, ordered a new armchair to replace the broken one and to source packaging to return the broken item only to find that one of the chair legs is shorter than the others so the armchair is unstable and unusable.Asked to supply photos rather than just deal with another mess up in a way that focused on the buyer experience.
