Excellent service when sorting out a will and lasting power if attorney for my mother. Trisha went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the process and explained everything g to my mum in our mother tongue.

The process of making my Will was laid out in an introduction email with costs outlined. This was followed by a zoom interview with introduction and explanation of what and how preparation will take place and instructions given for me to collect necessary information and documentation required for the next phase which was the in person meeting. Lastly my will was prepared and delivered to me in person and clear directions explain to me on how to register the documents. The overall experience was one of clarity and patience throughout from start to end.

Trish was excellent at explaining everything to me thoroughly. There were lots of things I hadn’t really considered and without her insight and experience I would have got lost very quickly! I would recommend her to anyone that hasn’t already written their will or would like to update it. She’s a pleasure to deal with!
