Ordered parts online, Sunday 2/25/2024. Entered my VIN as requested, to make sure the parts I ordered were correct. Did not receive a confirmation email. My credit card was charged. 2 days later, Tuesday 2/27, I sent a message thru their website asking the status of my order. The message portion asked for an order number, was never given one yet my credit card was charged. It's now early Wednesday morning, still no response. So far wasted 3 days and my parts aren't even shipped yet. Couldn't easily find a phone number on their help portion of the website. I really like Mr. Subaru1387 videos, he recommended this website. Will be rethinking this going forward
