The level of customer service I received was beyond excellent. Ariane was extremely patient with me and fixed my issue in a matter of minutes. I tried to link my AMazon account multiple times but I was using my phone so for some reason a critical part of the steps, I was unable to see. I was frustrated and put off on the entire process. I asked for a refund because I couldn't get it work. They offered to fix it and I was willing to give it a try. However, being on call, my schedule was always busy and a month past very quickly. Despite that being my fault for not prioritizing this, Ariane checked in on me and was still willing to help me get it situated. Even after we did a quick call, she checked back to make sure it was working. You do not find customer service like this very often.

It's only been a month since I subscribed yo FreebieFlow and so far they have found and sent me products over USD$600.00. I'm upgrading to the Pro plan.

My first month was awesome, wasn't sure if I would sign up for a second month, but after one month, all of my Christmas shopping is done! I will continue with FreebieFlow, I love it!

I have gotten so many free gifts it’s like Christmas everyday!! I have kids and they can’t wait to come home and see if there’s anything new. Some days there isn’t and some days there’s 2-3 things. It’s always a surprise!! Also, Any questions I had were answered quickly and easily with the question tab. I love that there was access to help anytime I needed it. Lastly, I love how easy it is to cancel or make changes to the discounts and amount your willing to spend to get free stuff.

Freebie flow is pretty good. You get multiple free stuff. Sometimes they are good sometimes they aren't but hey its free stuff so can't complain much. Everything seems to be pretty good except for the multiple account subscription. I upgraded plans to try and get more things but I wasn't getting items from my other two accounts only from one. Also one of my Amazon accounts was closed because Amazon said there was suspicious activity. Overall, I would recommend it since the amount of things you get will surpass the amount of the subscription.

0 stars. I had issues integrating my ff account with Amazon. They don't tell you, you have to buy an authenticator app subscription plan, plus have an active Amazon account. I tried to get my money back within in an hour of signing up for services I wasn't able to use and customer service is fighting me regarding my refund when their website says money back guarantee.

I had signed up for a similar company a while ago and was unsatisfied with the items I got. But with freebie flow they're actually useful and worth the monthly fee. Only reason I gave 4 stars, is because some of the items get cancelled from Amazon (which is understandable) but freebie flow doesn't keep track of that. Would be a nicer feature, instead of seeing all the saving I am doing (but not really).

Worth. Every. Penny. Saved so much money using this platform and managed to complete my holiday shopping without spending much! Support is always active and attentive and the Telegram community is extremely friendly and helpful. The dashboard is easy to navigate and I learned a lot of features included in my Amazon Prime membership that I didn't even know existed. Setup was quick and easy. If you aren't sure what to do, the video tutorials are a great help! I highly recommend that you at least try it out. In comparison to other bots, the pricing is unbeatable and the products scored and the frequency of scores are great!
