Always canceling orders or out of stock

Multiple orders have been canceled due to stock issues. Communication has not been good and now pending a refund for a order placed a week ago

It’s bit hard to deal with them actually they supplied some products to me in my Amazon marketplace…my account was deactivated … the reason was that they are not authorized to supply such products… now to reactivate my account I need to show the their supplying chain invoice to prove them that the product the supplied was not counterfeit product…is it difficult to provide me a document that shows the entire supplying chain from the Brand to save my Amazon account??? Wasting time and money …I know there are some privacy policies that they can’t show me some docs … at least help me providing to Amazon team members all the proof of acquisition of the product I bought from them…

SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! Read their reviews here and from ( buy bulk america )other name they used before this one where they only have 1 star reviews every one complaining for the same thing. They will say items are out of stock after waiting a month and will never refund you !! or send you fake items. Hanoch Glick do better choices before it goes against you. Assistant or wtv Richelyn Chavez You make me feel sorry for working for someone like this and getting involved in this scam scheme.

Does Amazon accept their invoices for product ungating ?

Horrible customer service. Won’t email me back about questions I have but will definitely keep emailing me for a bank wire. Pretty suspicious company. Don’t recommend

Item listed on the website, when I put it in the cart, I got an email that the price has an error. Next time wanted to order one more item but the inventory was not there. So overall my experience was not upto the mark. Hope BBA will improve the customers service.
