27.04.2021 - The service offered by Speedy SameDay Couriers was very good, The value for money was exceptional, our package was collected and delivered on time and without any delays.

The driver contacted me to let me know he was on his way and gave an ETA he contacted me when he was in my road so that i could be ready. The parcel was delivered in good time to the recipient. I was pleased with the service received and would use Speedy again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I booked through speedy same day courier to have some important legal documents taken to London. I booked same day delivery, giving them advance notice and I purposely booked a motorbike as there would be major traffic at that time of day. The documents had to be there at a certain time, otherwise I would've booked a car/van to take them, which would have been cheaper, or I would have taken them myself. I booked the courier to pick up the documents at 1430 allowing enough time for a bike to get from the pick up point to the destination in London for around 1600. When the courier arrived to collect the parcel, she arrived in a beaten up old van. When questioned, it was made clear to me that the job had been contracted out to another company and a motorcycle not specified. The courier then rang her boss to explain the situation and her boss cancelled the job, which certainly wasn't a request by me. The courier said that speedy same day courier would be calling me with a solution to my problem. I held the courier with me while I rang speedy same day courier but they wouldn't answer the phone. After 20 mins, and the courier explaining to me that, as her boss had cancelled the job and given her another, she could no longer make the delivery. I continued for the next 2 hours to try and contact speedy same day courier, to no avail, so I sent an email. I later received an email stating that I had in fact cancelled the courier when she arrived, and there was an attached invoice charging me for the service. To say I am appalled, is an understatement! I sit here the following day still unable to make contact with this company after they have taken my money, caused me no end of problems due to the legal implications I now face, and £70 out of pocket for a service I paid for, but they chose not to provide. I'm absolutely disgusted!! A joke of a company, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

came earlier than booked and the parcel wasnt ready but then returned later, collected and delivered very promptly. Happy to recommend and will use them again.

Hi speedy couriers did a fantastic job. Collected on time bang on 10-am and had my documents delivered in Leicester at 12-30pm very efficient service well worth the money.

Was very disapointed with cancelation charges which I had a pay and also I waited over 3 hrs to try and contact Speedy for this cancelation
