On time and trouble free

Brilliant service. I had to amend the booking at very late notice which was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The courier kept me informed of his progress and confirmed when the package was delivered. The package contained blood samples which were time sensitive. I do not have any hesitation in recommending this company. Absolutely excellent.

Don't touch with a bargepole. Yes the price is competitive but I wish I had used a more expensive trusted firm. I booked an urgent same day delivery two days ago. A very nice courier collected on time but it still hasn't been delivered. However, I am getting inconsistent email receipts from speedy telling me it was signed for the same day of collection, but was then somehow delivered the next day. How can both of those be true? And the person receiving it says they still have not got it. I can't get through to anyone on the phone at speedy to sort it out. These were important court documents. I really regret using this service now.
