Well since this purchase was going to be for my wife's birthday dinner, and although the web site allowed me to purchase, but an email hours later said they could not support it and a refund would be issued. Unsatisfactory.

Send a Meal offers incredible variety. However, when they gave me a delivery date April 3- April 15, I called customer service to get a firmer date to no avail. Then they sent me an email about my open cart and I explained I needed the ham I selected to arrive by April 11. They then sent me a revised delivery date of April 3-April 11!

I was trying to purchase a meal for a family member just out of the hospital and did not realize until after I placed the order that it would be 12 days before it might arrive. That was disappointing and then today I am notified the side dish I selected to make it a meal (asparagus) is back ordered and I will get a refund. When I tried to replace it nearly all of your side dishes are back ordered. I know this is an unusual time but I think you should use your spare time to create a more informative storefront for your customers before you loose them all. Thank you for listening.

A week ago I received a box with 4 tiny individual sides. That’s it,nothing more. Where is the rest of my order???

According to my elderly parents who received a senior gift pack from me, the food was delicious. Said by my Mom who was the best cook ever!
