Real easy ordering & delivery dates.

Not great options to send a complete meal with main meal, sides and dessert for a family of 4. Recipient hasn’t gotten it yet, so don’t know about quality now.

Sent the prime rib meal to the BU men's swim team living at diez. They loved it, especially the creme brulee! Ordering from Chicago and delivering to Boston was no problem and the price was reasonable. Will be sending the same meal next month.

ordering was easy and menu options were available for diet restrictions. The food has not been delivered yet so it remains to be seen if it passes quality for my friend who is unable to move about right now.

Tried to order for 3 days, received an 'internal error' message, Finally got order placed and paid for OVERNIGHT shipping ($99). When I sent a message on 10/29 asking if the order has shipped. I get a response saying the address needed to have a n or s. WRONG!!!!! Then I find out that you are a 3rd party and order the dessert from one place and the meal from the other. The meal was delivered a day late supposedly because of the address:however, it did not even ship until the address was verified. I WANT A REFUND FOR THE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING!!! You are misrepresenting your services. UNHAPPY! DISAPPOINTED!

The initial order was place with a very professional and caring person. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the menu as well as the low salt diet I was concerned about for my Aunt. The customer service person even shared that he had these meals after and illness and truly enjoyed the foods taste and the convenience they offered. Thank you! Jeff from Ohio

This website is so easy to use and makes acts of kindness for others a simple task. I sent a meal for 4 to a grieving family. They were able to choose what they wanted and when it should be delivered.

Website was very user friendly. All terms and conditions were explained clearly and concisely. I also appreciate the 5% discount!

There were issues with the website, but when I called and placed the order over the phone, Teresa was fantastic. She patiently reviewed everything with me, placed the order, and was very clear on delivery window. I can't wait for our friend to receive this get well care package and to hear how everything tasted!!!

Great experience! Easy to use and choose my selection. Shipping was free the first order but not on the second and it is a bit high, but not outrageous. Will be waiting to hear how the food tastes!
