Decent classes, too expensive

Love the pre-recorded option and selection. A number of classes have the instructor telling stories of their personal lives and political bias. For someone with limited time who makes the class a waste as it could be a shorter class with the same amount of information covered. I feel for what is provided, the cost of membership is quite steep.

I would like to see more emails from Lorman, dedicated to topics that we would be interested in. I forget that we have an All Access Pass and therefore never check the website for webinars.

The expense of the "annual pass" has been a good investment

Frankly, there have been some (very few) webinars that have been a bit slow, sloppy, unprepared, disorganized, etc. With that said, the majority of the webinars are excellent, well expressed and organized. And, I will note that I have encountered a number that have "blown my socks off." As for The topics presented, yes there have been some "dry times" where nothing of interest or helpful in my continuing education needs. So, I regularly receive e-mail updates and occasionally browse the dashboard for things of interest, no issue here. I prefer the live webinar feature when it is available. A big plus is the improved audio using the telephone number, internet audio always seems crappy sounding to me. Also, if I have question it can be addressed in real time, another plus. My experience with their customer service via. email, live chat or telephone has been excellent and issues resolved in a timely manner. So, in conclusion, I have very few issues and think that the expense of the "annual pass" has been a good investment. Mr. Steve

Understanding IRS Form 1099-NEC class…

Understanding IRS Form 1099-NEC class was given by a very knowledgeable tax attorney. It felt like much was geared towards other attorneys as opposed to accounting staff that would be completing the actual process. It felt very high level. The attorney did state at the beginning of the class that it is often difficult to present to a broad base of people with different needs. However, I have attended many of these classes in prior years and this one felt much different, less time on the actual processing, much time spent on avoiding lawsuits.
