Awful customer service

It took me weeks and several extremely frustrating emails to get a refund. Royal Mail messed up my delivery, I got in touch with Scentitlondon to ask for a refund for the perfume I had never received and it took them weeks to get back to me, blaming it on a glitch in their system. I asked for a refund but they offered a replacement, I didn't want that because the experience had already been bad and I didn't want to purchase from them anymore. After that, they started to say that Royal Mail was denying not having delivered my parcel, asking me over and over if I had received the parcel and to explain what happened. They made me feel like I was trying to scam them, even if it would have taken them just a look into my delivery status on the Royal Mail tracking link to see that Royal Mail had messed up. It was extremely frustrating having to repeat myself over and over and almost insulting, as I was getting the message that they didn't believe me. I had a total exchange of 23 (!!) emails before they told me that Royal Mail took full responsibility, and apologised for the parcel not being delivered. What I found truly unacceptable was that there was no apology for how badly they had communicated with me, and the worst part was that I was emailing with Kojo, the director of Scentitlondon, not some inexperienced sales assistant! They eventually gave me a full refund and sent me a sample kit as a good will gesture, which I appreciated but surely isn't enough for me to consider buying from them ever again. Really disgraceful customer service,the worst I ever had, I hope no one has to go through all this in the future, and that they will work to improve how they communicate with their customers, as they made me feel like a thief/scammer.

Amazing after-sales service

I think they have the best after-sales service I've seen along with Amazon. They made a mistake with my order and they offered me an extra bottle for free. They didn't have to do it... but they did. Now that's proper customer care. Thank you.

Terrible customer service beyond belief.

Awful customer service. After having a skin reaction to a dua product I purchased which caused me a rash, I was simply told that the problem is none of their concern as its an issue with my skin apparently. Zero concern for me as a customer who has purchased the product. I even said I would exchange it for an item I had sampled so that I knew I would be safe to use the item and not have spent money on a product I cannot use. What do I get told? Just spray it on your clothes and you should be fine... Fragrance as we all know should be fine to spray on skin to get it to develop as it it meant to. Why risk even having it on material that will be touching my skin if I cannot have it on my skin at all? No logic and insulting customer service. I would not recommend anyone to shop with these people as it seems they do not value customers and if you have an issue they just disregard you.
