Do not buy a used guitar from them ! They double boxed it which is great but ... there was nothing to avoid the inner box to move. Worst part is there were only 3 small things inside the box. So the guitar, which was not even with bubble wrap, was moving freely inside the box. I never saw that. How can you ship a guitar like that ?
