Don't waste your time or money. Ordered end of November, still no delivery (09.01.2025). Customer Support keep stating that the package is with the courier, but when using the alleged tracking number on their website, it states the order cannot be found. Customer support refuse to provide a refund. UPDATE: The tracking number below is not my order. The tracking number does not match that provided by email, nor my postcode. My order has still not been delivered as of 12/01/2025. Very unreliable company.

I ordered these cloths and then realised I no longer need them. Tried to cancel the order but no response from customer support via email. There is no telephone number on their website and the company does not provide a cooling off period post order if you change your mind.

There are other wipes that do the same job but are much cheaper, I don’t think these are worth the money charged.

I bought the glass and the shower towels. I love them both. I can clean twice as fast and it sure does absorb the water

Ordered 2 magicwipes, money taken from bank on 26th November still not received items. Ordered and paid for an item from etsy the same day and received it on Friday.....where are my magicwipes? In the post I hope!
