Bought a "shed-shackle" as the only sold secure solution for my wooden shed, and with limited options of where to store my mountain bike. Product is thoughtfully designed and seems very solid. Really impressed that it came with a suitable drill bit for installation and all the required hardware. Delivery was quick and David replied to my questions quickly and accurately. Couldn't be better really.

I contacted Pragmasis CS email after some advice for security. David Initially came across good and very helpful with detailed information offering to help. However, ghosted after just one response. No other communication from anybody. I might as well email a fake non-existing email now unfortunately. The downside of this is my bike is now left unsecure and Pragmasis looked fantastic. Now, I still have to order from Pragmasis (as the competition isn't high or I'd shop elsewhere cause of my bad experience) something I'm not sure of and just wing it and could end up with shipping return fees in the event I need to return.
