David was very helpful in answering questions I had. I purchased the beefy block, dib lock and 13mm loop end chain and all are made to a very high standard. I have an e bike and the loop chain has proven useful , when out, in securing the bike to a fixture not close by. I intend purchasing the 11mm loop chain for everyday use and the 13mm for garage use and when out in cities or other potential risk areas. High quality products and high quality British company. When getting the bike security registered with local police, the policeman said " Pragmasis, you, couldn't do better".

Having seen a review and testing of the Pragmasis RoundLock Padlock on Bennetts bike social I didn’t hesitate to make the purchase. The engineering, practicality and security level of this lock considering the price point is amazing! I brought two keyed-alike and use one with a chain and the other as a disk lock. I’m addition the Service was great. Prompt and delivery schedule as promised.
