Purchased acrylic sheets from these people and instead of receiving clear colourless acrylic as shown in their pictures of the product on their website, what I got sent was strongly tinted blue! Not at all as was described and shown on their site. When querying this they seem to admit it was not as described (because it was undeniable anyway), and which is against distance selling regs, but refuse a return on the basis that it was cut to size and the protective film was removed, which they had advised me to do. Cut to size sheets is their product and has nothing to do with selling something not as described. They are clearly experienced in scaming off customers with this technique by virtue of the leading questions they ask to try and trick you with re the protective film. I would say avoid these people and don't take the risk. There are plenty of better places to buy acrylic not run by scam artists! SEE BELOW FOR A BULLSHIT RESPONSE. IT'S ABOUT SELLING A PRODUCT THAT IS NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE DESCRIPTION AND COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. NOTHING TO DO WITH PROTECTIVE FILM AND CUT TO SIZE NONSENSE.
