I have had several orders from this company mostly without issue. But my last I had several problems the first was wrong diameter holes where pictures and order numbers were sent of offending part. Replacement came a week later but was totally wrong part of my order that I wanted. Further inspection of the rest of my original order I found I have received mirror and not silver acrylic that I ordered. Having rang and left a message I am yet to hear off this company.

Fantastic service from start to finish. On Monday morning 6th Jan 25 I phoned the Company and spoke to Nicky in sales to get some idea of costs. Phoned back early afternoon with measurements for job and again spoke to Nicky and placed order. Shortly after I received an invoice via email which was timed at 1439. Bespoke item arrived today 8th Jan at 1348. The quick turn around was perhaps exceptional, I had been quoted 5/7 working days which I thought was very good anyway, so I am very impressed. I was very impressed with the price as well, bearing in mind that I had ordered a circular pane of plastic for secondary glazing. The circumference was 562 mm with a 4 mm thickness, which was a fraction of the cost quoted by glazing companies. I would have no hesitation in using Sheet Plastics again and I would certainly recommend them.

Helpful support ahead of a simple online order system. Product delivered on time and packaged very securely to avoid damage. I needed some cut outs which were made accurately and neatly. Overall a good purchase experience.

Fine but overpriced. It is okay and maybe comparatively cheap but it is still costs quite a lot for a piece of plastic and delivery cost is crazy. For such kind of price they should deliver it within 5-7 days and in a nice package but I waited for a long time (around 2 weeks) and received a letter with a poorly packed acrylic sheets. The quality of acrylic sheets are okay but nothing outstanding or great. Unfortunately there are no alternatives.
