Order placed on Wednesday at 3pm and I paid £30 for "1-2 day Prime Express" shipping. Nothing was process until I called up on Thursday and was told my order would be "processed by another company" and that "I should expect my order on Monday". I was denied a tracking number upon request and Monday has gone with no delivery. Sheetplastics.co.uk should not be offering express shipping if they are unable to fullfill it. I have missed an important deadline and am extremely unhappy with the lack of information received

Great samples, but they took about 2 weeks to turn up, when I needed them asap for a job. Looking at the rest of the reviews on here, that’s not uncommon. We have had to go elsewhere, as I honestly assumed they weren’t going to tun up.
