I was dealt with a lad called Waqas Hussain. First impressions on Mr Hussain, he was very smartly dressed and looked a part of the firm. First meeting with Mr Hussain was a breakdown of what the case would consist off and the legal aspects of it. After that, I’ve had many phone calls and I’ve had emergency meetings which he had adhered to his schedule, even if that meant it was in his personal time. Out of working hours Mr Hussain was available for me, this too when he was away on holiday, I could still reach him. My experience with B.M.S. solicitors was amazing but I can honestly say it was purely to Mr Waqas Hussain who was allocated to my case(s). I felt like a part of the firm, the way I was told about my case, my court dates. I had no tension going into them because I knew and felt like I was a part of this team and they wouldn’t let me down. Nevertheless the outcome of the case was the best expected scenario for myself and I can not thank B.M.S. SOLICITORS enough for the services they’ve provided for me.
