No dan la cara. Hice un pedido el 15 de diciembre y hoy, dia 9 de enero sigo esperando que me lo manden. Les he escrito en numerosas ocasiones al email de la pagina porque no hay telefono, y no responden, solo tienen una respuesta automatica al email que no sirve de nada. No les compreis porque es una estafa de empresa. Mi numero de pedido es 01613l261190

O site é às encomendas funcionam na perfeição, no entanto quando pretendemos devolver o produto por alguma razão, torna-se extremamente diferente difícil……chega a parecer que não o querem fazer! Tive essa experiência agora e ainda não me devolveram o valor do produto devolvido.

Terrible service. First, they advertise false delivery deadlines which they do not honour. As a result, item (kids shoes) got delivered late and took more than 1 week to arrive, missing the Christmas deadline and forcing me to buy something else in a hurry. Then, when you want to return the item because it is not needed due to their late delivery, they charge you £10.99 for return shipping (for a £35 purchase!). To be absolutely avoided, there are much better places to buy from, with more normal return fees/policies. I have never seen such an extortionate shipping cost being charged to return a pair of shoes

Ordered on 11/19/24 today is 1/7/25 only response is product delay. There is a new delivery date 1/15-1/23/25. Not sure how trustworthy this is on their website. It seems that many of us ordered around the same time and are still waiting with little to no update. Is there a delay with the supplier, or did you guys mess up with your inventory? Be honest and let us know. I ordered these boots as a gift and expected delivery in Dec. All I could do is give a picture as the item for the gift. That is lame.
