My child has really enjoyed Milwaukee Scholars because he gets recognized for being good. The bad kids just don't get all of the attention like at his school before. They show that they are proud of ALL of the students.

The teacher's have no control.

In my opinion Milwaukee Scholars is a work in progress. The school's curriculum is truly designed to prepare it's students for the future. Once the school reaches the point where it's students are primarily students who started at Milwaukee Scholars and it has a dedicated veteran staff, it will shine brightly.

Milwaukee Scholars is not a good school. The teachers are unable to control the not so behaved kids, the school is forever losing good teachers because of the kids. There is completely no structure. I'm so upset that I even allowed my straight A, want to learn daughter to attend this school. It's embarrassing. My daughter completely hates it, Milwaukee Scholars needs to be closed...there's no purpose of it even being open, seriously! A Not Happy Parent

First year there for 8th grader they allow bulling teachers not in control! Don't protect children at all!

A place where students can learn how to become a better person.

I think that the school is great for children that does not have learning disabilities, they need to find a better system to help special needs children or let the parents know up front that there school does not have the necessities that are needed to help children with special needs.

I really like this school and recommend this school to any parents that's looking for a good school to send their child to.

I just think they should develop a before and after school program for the children.However, the school is one of the best I have seen so far as a charter school. The teachers and staff try their best to provide a safe and excellent learning environment. My daughter learns so much more than other 4 year old I know. She has rough days sometimes but her knowledge and the lessons she learns outweighs that.
