The customer service is veryy slowww. The vape juice I bought is tasting off. I try get in contact with them via email but its been 5 days and I have only got 1 email from them and its a generic email on how to use. I dont think this will be sorted any time soon. I thought I found the perfect vape shop online but this is a downer so most likely wont buy again from this site. I am replying to a link that was sent to me to review on this site. Edit Finally got it sorted. Took 2 1/2 weeks but got my juice replaced. And its a better juice. No point giving bad stars atleast money well spent. So 5 stars for juice but 3 stars for service.

Still waiting on my order since July 18th. Contacted support and was told they are waiting on re-stock to come in August... I was not told of this prior to purchasing and had to chase the support to find out what had happend weeks later... Definitely not the 1-3 Days promised. Will update once order arrives. Edit: My order has now arrived nearly a month later, product is average at best, as the advertised 800mg is false, as it would require you to consume 10 sachets to achieve that, meaning that the product is technically 320mg (It is written in their description). The taste is probably the best with the slight hemp taste that isnt too overpowering, however it is just like any other average quality UK CBD.
