Replacement items sent out when first delivery went missing, good communication and very helpful

over a week of time I tried to get the answer what is my dhl code to pick up the package, I called, sent 1000 e-mails, sent messages on facebook. no answer. these ****** gave their email to get the order code and tracking. after a week of calling DHL I was able to pick up the package and these pigs are still sending an e-mail to give a review, so please.
