Paid £9.99 for a month's membership then tried to get prices for five cars I was interested in, but NONE of the numbers were accepted/recognised! I requested a refund and was completely ignored. Absolutely appalling service, I wish Ihad bought the magazine instead and won't ever be using the online service again. I still want my £9.99 refund!!! Reply to response from Parkers... Thanks for the response, but how can you possibly expect me to remember the five registrations I tried, this happened 3 months ago! I understand you can use the drop down menus, but they are not always accurate and not every variation exists. I gave up at the time and used a different service to help me, then requested a refund and was ignored.
