Paid for a “personalised” car valuation to seek financial help.. £4.99 for someone attempting to manage debt only for service to give false valuation based on the fact that Parker’s never asked suitable questions and gave a highly increased estimate valuation of my car meaning that I was unable to complete necessary insolvency.. Waste of time and money.. DO NOT SPEND £4.99.. Disgusting treatment of vulnerable people in severe financial difficulty.. And stepchange who advise the use of Parker’s were terrible too::
