I had an issue with a delayed delivery, turns out it was due to the weather. Customer experience team (namely Yasmin) got back to me very quickly and couldn’t have be more apologetic and lovely. I’ve been using Press for years, and will continue to do so as the team are fantastic and the products delicious. Thank you

Not only did I receive food out of date…

Not only did I receive food out of date the vacuum packed food looked and tasted disgusting I could not complete the plan the soups are powdery and over spiced customer service is argumentative I’ve asked for partial refund and blatantly told no I spent a lot of money for a weeks cleanse and have been left utterly disappointed

5 day cleanse

Just finished a 5 day intermediate cleanse and found the ordering process very straightforward, and the shakes and juices as good as food replacement can be! The only issue was that we were sent some of the wrong juices in our pack, but after contacting the company this was resolved with an apology and partial refund.

I've completed the three day beginner…

I've completed the three day beginner juice cleanse, but also ordered a couple of meals from the meal plan to try, before committing to the two week meal plan. (The meals are delicious - really impressed). I've tried many different juices and cleanses and this has to be the best one yet. The juices do have an edge to them and they aren't the most enjoyable to drink, but you can tell they're fresh with no added sugars etc, which is what a cleanse is meant to be. I think when committing to a cleanse you need to have an expectation for the juices to make you shudder a tiny bit! And I fully expected it to be a little bit challenging with hunger pangs. I did eat some fruit and cucumber stick at times of need. The cleanse made me feel amazing - usually by the end of the day I'm really bloated and by the end of day one I could already tell the difference. I think the product is great - you just need to go into it being mindful that cleansing juices will never be the most delicious!

Three juices were missing from my order but was resolved quickly. Really loving the juice cleanse so far, the perfect reset after Christmas and New Year.

Not drinkable

Ordering was very easy and speedy delivery but I found the drinks absolutely unbearable to even stomach and drink, so was not able to complete any of the cleanse. I have done juice cleansing in the past and I found these the least bearable ones. I was extremely disappointed.

No delivery received

Ordered a 3 day juice cleanse for nearly £70 to be delivered today, have waited in all day for the delivery and not received anything - along with no correspondence from Press to advise that there has been a delay. Have tried to contact but received out of office messages from both their online chat and email address. I will be out tomorrow so likely will miss the delivery if it comes then - although I have no idea if it will, as according to the DPD tracking link I have received Press haven’t dispatched my order. Would not recommend using this company as now I’m sure I’ll have a challenge getting my money back.
