The frontline supplied did not work . We suspected it was faulty( no smell and did not show on our dogs . Was passed from one to another. In fairness the company replaced the product with advantage which had an immediate effect but it took too long to resolve the matter . We are long standing customers and will continue to use pet drug on line .

Placed order good communication prompt delivery

Ordered prescription for my dog they took the money but never bothered to send. They said that they’d emailed which never arrived. Not very good customer services all they done was offer a refund no apology for the delay
