I made a error in my ordering of not stating I was posting the prescription for my dog, which I have to do as its a controlled drug. I emailed them to explain my error and recieved a quick reply saying they would dispense items when prescription arrived. I recieved notification when they dispensed prescription and notification when with delivery service. No fuss, just job done.

2x failed to deliver temperature sensitive drugs in a timely fashion. Using a new (inferior) courier. Will not order from here again.
