Appalling experience Ordering my dog's medication with you…
Ordering my dog's medication with you has never been easy but last time was a nightmare. My friend did it on my computer, as she is IT EFFICIENT, but it took half an hour and she said your operator was hopeless. She was continually being asked the same questions and to send the photo of the vet's prescription. We ordered three lots of the medication (maximum) to delay as long as possible having to repeat the exercise. Extra training for your staff is urgently needed.

Beware of the admin fee scam
Update: I am even more unhappy now that they have replied as they have below. They have not admitted to refunding me as they were in the wrong but have done so as a "goodwill gesture" which is just ridiculous in this situation and was no doubt done due to me leaving this review. I did not have "trouble with the order" either. I had trouble with them, their unwillingness to help or see common sense and their less than professional customer service agent. Additionally they say below I have credit on my account. How can that be when they have already allegedly refunded the purchase price and now the admin fee? I've been quite happy with this company for some years but I was recently sent a message saying they have charged me an admin fee because 7 months ago I sent in an order without a prescription. I have tried to speak with customer services who were completely dismissive. It is apparently in the terms that they can charge this £5 fee so that makes it ok. I have sent in the prescription numerous times since Feb 30 but as they are classed as a new order the prescriptions aren't put "towards" that order. How convenient. They sent me one email according to them in all that time, to ask if I wanted them to refund. I don't remember that but who would after 7 months. During that time I never heard another word and I guessed the payment had never gone through because my previous prescription was no longer valid. The customer service woman I spoke to insisted on telling me it was two months after the order that I uploaded the prescription because I did so in May and the order was in March. I had to remind her that the order was the 30th, so much closer to one month which for some reason she refused to admit. However it doesn't make a difference, she simply wanted to make it appear that I was far longer to ordering again than I was and I beleive she simply could not admit to being in the wrong about anything. Additonally, why did petdrugsonline feel that one email in 7 months was reasonable if they needed my OK to refund my own money for an item they never sent? Because every £5 admin fee they collect is more in their pocket. This is nothing short of theft even if it was in their terms. I would love to know if anyone actually reads the full terms of this company. I would also love to know if anyone sends in an order to any company which is not able to be completed and expects that company to keep their money for 7 months, not to automatically cancel the order and refund, and then to charge that customer a fee? They have lost a long time customer through this scam.

My vet recommended getting the pain killers through you due to the cheaper prices. I had some issues logging in but the team were really helpful and the prescription was uploaded successfully. My cat has to have daily pain killers and so being able to purchase them at vastly reduced prices was amazing.
