Package was received within the 14 day delivery schedule as indicated in the email after i had placed the order. It was securely packaged and was received in perfect order. The print has been framed to a high standard & although i did not select the frame i am really pleased with the one i have, its beautiful and compliments my print wonderfully well. my husband wanted to order a picture but was having problems in doing so , a lovely lady called keria helped him to order a beautiful picture for our our 40th wedding anniversary she also arranged for it to be delivered before our anniversary cant praise collectors prints enough

I understand the process of getting the print framed and then sent out takes a while and the text updates were good at keeping me informed but I was not happy with the packing around the picture it was smashed but luckily there was no damage but when you pay a lot of money it would nice to think it would arrive in good condition and not look like it’s been thrown in the back of a van
