i ordered a bed from this company and cancelled it the same day Paypal sent them the payment. they then took it from my bank. i have asked them to refund the payment and got a notification to say it had been sent to my bank account but it hasnt. Now need to find out what has happened to this money.i will never deal with this firm again

My headboard arrived with no fittings so all I can do is look at it

I bought a bed from Home furnishings, I ordered a single, with sliding doors and a matching Headboard. I got a single bed with draws, a Headboard with no fixings posts, and the pattern match on the Headboard is a joke. I am now fighting to get my money back, and it's looking like I will have to take them to the small claims court. Do yourself a favour, don't touch them with a barge pole.

People, be aware with this company...I had problems with divan bed. They will not return your money. They will send the same bad product....

Excellent bed and the customer service was great when the van broke down they were straight in touch. Everything as described
