Terrible customer service and value for the subscription is the worst I’ve seen across the 4 subscription platforms I use.

I signed up for the bullion box monthly subscription on October 2nd 2024 and had a bit of a rough start with the service which has been remedied to my satisfaction. Rob the sales manager made it a point to reach out and provide the information I needed and made me feel like a valued customer who was being heard. If you feel like you aren’t getting the responses to questions or the email turn around is slow, just give them a call!
